These terms and conditions include general items and conditions for use of this Site,terms and conditions relating to the Services and terms and conditions relating to the purchase of products on this Site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site and Services and the purchases of any Products on this Site will be subject to theses terms and conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
For Online Purchases
- Free delivery is available to all customers with orders over €100.
- For orders until €99.99 we can offer you courier delivery to a pick – up point in your town. Ordinary we use Akis Express Service. Delivery fees for orders until €99.99 is €4,00.
3. Door to Door delivery for orders until €99.99 is €6,00.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 2 days from receipt of your order.
Note: If it is determined that the damage has been created from any misuse of the item then unfortunately, this item can not be replaced and will be returned back to you where you will be charged with the relevant delivery fees.
- Deliveries are executed only on working days ( Monday – Friday) . Deliveries are not executed during holidays.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICIES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, should you need to do so, we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible to exchange or refund your purchase. This page tells you all you need to know, please note your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.If you would like to return an unwanted or faulty item, you can do it by one of the following methods:
-You may cancel your order ( full or partial) and return the items purchased to us by giving us notice of return within 14 days of the date of delivery to you or your collection from the store. In relation to goods delivered to you, you may need to take delivery of the goods before you can cancel your order if the goods are placed into our delivery process before we receive your notice for cancellation.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought.
- The return slip (included invoice number or receipt number and description of the return products) must always be included along with the products that you wish to return.
- To exercise your right to return, you may inform us of your decision to return by email (info@mastorematadiy.com).
- If you are cancelling because of any problem with the products, please notify us of the problem by email.
- The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as you return is processed in 14 days from the day we received the returned goods. Used SIX PAYMENT SERVICES.
- You can return items that are not faulty as long as the items are returned unused and in a saleable condition complete with their original packing and any promotional items associated to the purchase.
- No returns can be accepted on the following products: items that can deteriorate or have an expiry date (such as sealants, silicones ,spray, paints.. etc), items that are cut or mixed to your requirements ,made to measure ,made to order, made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, pre-assembled kitchens, mixed paint, master key locks, cable, rope etc..)

Ordering
Placing an order is quite simple. Just click on the product that interests you and then click “ Add to cart’’ , it will be automatically added into your shopping bag. Then click ‘continue shopping’ .
If you wish to change the quality or remove from your shopping bag , simply click on your shopping cart button on the top of the page , view the item that has been added into your shopping cart and click edit or remove. If you click on edit , you will have to then click on “ Update My Shopping cart” button were you will be transferred into your shopping bag page. At this page you will be able to change the quantity and click “ Update Shopping cart”. You will then have the option to click on the button “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout”.
If you click on “Continue Shopping” you will be transferred to the Home Page.
In the case that you clicked on “Proceed to Checkout” , you will be asked to login if you are not already logged in, register if you are a new customer or to checkout as a quest.
Order Confirmation Emails
The order confirmation email will include your order number , the details of the products , prices , quantities , promotional information ,payment method, your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.
After the order has been processed by Mastoremata d.i.y shop and is ready for dispatch , you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Orders that will be pick up from the store will info you by email or phone to come for collection.
Invoices will send by email when the products will be shipping.
Payment
1. Mastoremata D.I.Y Shop supports payment via SIX PAYMENT SERVICES.
We do not collect your card details and we do not keep then within our system.
2. Cash on store pick up, not available on delivery.
